To maintain quality, listings must follow this format:
- Title format: Town – Erf Size – Zoning – Price
- Example: Heidelberg – 1,200m² – Residential – R480,000
- State whether municipal services or off-grid.
- Include contact number.
- Private sellers must choose “Private” category
- Agents must choose “Agent” category

Who qualifies as an Agent?
Registered property professionals, estate agencies, and individuals marketing land on behalf of clients should select an Agent plan.
Which pricing plan should I select?
Agents should select either Agent Land Listing or Agent Featured Land. Featured listings receive priority placement and higher visibility.
How long is my listing visible?
Listings are visible for 30 days. You may renew after expiry.
What makes Featured worth it?
Featured listings are highlighted and appear above standard listings, increasing visibility to serious container home buyers in Hessequa.
Can I post multiple properties?
Yes. Each property requires its own listing and plan selection.
Are service providers allowed under Agent plans?
No. Agent plans are strictly for land listings. Service businesses must use the Service Provider Directory Listing.
